Although this was one of our easier problems...you can never get enough practice of the basics.
Step 1: Break carbon double bond. Once broken, the electrons from one bond will transfer to the hydrogen atom.
Step 2: Once electrons have been added to the hydrogen, the bond between hydrogen and bromine breaks.
Thus giving us this answer.
